Cuando la conexi\u00f3n social se interrumpe la salud mental se puede ver afectada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunas sugerencias para mantener una vida social activa son participando en eventos como pueden ser incursiones, grupos de ejercicio, club de lectura, etc\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se busca que las actividades se realicen constantemente, ya que es m\u00e1s importante la frecuencia de las actividades que la intensidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adicionalmente se recomienda que los adultos mayores sigan adquiriendo nuevos conocimientos y habilidades ya que se comprob\u00f3 que las personas que siguieron aprendiendo a su tercera edad disminuyeron significativamente la p\u00e9rdida de habilidades cognitivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantener la mente abierta a nuevas ideas, experiencias y relaciones sociales ayuda a introducirse a la vida sin rendir cuentas a un trabajo y sin preocupaciones. Este escenario es buscado por muchos. Cuando llega el momento en que el \u00fanico pasatiempo es descansar, mientras otros atienden nuestras necesidades, puede que se convierta en una rutina.
