{"id":3808,"date":"2014-07-21T17:30:51","date_gmt":"2014-07-21T23:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/villazul.com.mx\/?p=3808"},"modified":"2021-07-06T18:24:32","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T18:24:32","slug":"recomendaciones-de-nutricion-para-adultos-mayores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/villazul.com.mx\/blog\/recomendaciones-de-nutricion-para-adultos-mayores\/","title":{"rendered":"RECOMENDACIONES DE NUTRICI\u00d3N PARA ADULTOS MAYORES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto para la Atenci\u00f3n de los Adultos Mayores (IAAM) en conjunto con la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social del DF, han informado que es importante que las personas de la tercera edad tengan una buena nutrici\u00f3n para poder realizar sus actividades cotidianas, mantener las defensas altas contra infecciones y ayudar a la reparaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os producidos por las enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el coordinador de Geriatr\u00eda del IAAM, Pedro Vald\u00e9s Corchado destac\u00f3 que para llevar una buena nutrici\u00f3n, los adultos mayores deben consumir frutas y verduras, as\u00ed como alimentos que contengan prote\u00ednas, grasa y carbohidratos; as\u00ed como evitar o consumir en menor cantidad alimentos, como los llamados &#8220;chatarra\u201d, enlatados o que contengan mucha sal, empanizados, refrescos y bebidas endulzadas.<\/p>\n<p>Alert\u00f3 sobre la existencia de ciertos productos que no deben de ingerirse ante la presencia de enfermedades. Precis\u00f3 que quienes padecen de hipertensi\u00f3n arterial deben reducir el consumo de sal y bebidas con cafe\u00edna, como caf\u00e9, ginseng y refrescos.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que quienes sufren de diabetes mellitus no deben ingerir alimentos endulzados y en el caso de padecer elevaci\u00f3n de colesterol o triglic\u00e9ridos no se recomienda el consumo de grasas saturadas, alimentos fritos o empanizados, grasas animales, camarones y l\u00e1cteos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto para la Atenci\u00f3n de los Adultos Mayores (IAAM) en conjunto con la [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9364,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mi_skip_tracking":false},"categories":[21],"tags":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v16.3 -
